Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Potatoes boiled
  • 20 Samosa Patti
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown.
  • Add in spice powders and mix well.
  • Add in Grated carrots and mix well. Sprinkle in salt, tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Add in boiled potatoes and mix well.
  • Take a samosa sheet, spoon in the filling. Fold it like a samosa. When you come to the end apply a paste of flour and shape like samosa.
  • Fry till crispy.
  • Drain and serve.
