Baby Potatoes

Mustard Sauce

Instructions
▢
Boil small potatoes in salted water till potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes. Peel the skin and cut it in half. Set aside.

Take mayo, mustard, garlic powder, honey, paprika and mix well.
▢
Add in potatoes and toss well.
▢
Add spring onions and serve.

Notes
You can use regular size potatoes but make sure you cut it into bite size pieces.
Fresh garlic can be added in the dressing instead of garlic powder.
Vegetables like cucumber, celery, bell peppers, onions can be added in the potato salad.
Use waxy new potatoes for Best taste.
