Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Ripe Banana Mashed
  • ½ cup Instant Oatmeal
  • Optional:
  • Nuts walnuts, cashews, pistachios, almonds
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Peanut Butter Chips
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Shredded Desiccated Coconut
  • Dried Fruits Raisins, Cranberries,Blueberries
  • Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it well with oil.
  • Take banana and oats in a bowl and give a good mix. You can add any optional ingredients in this.
  • Now take 2 tblspn of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
  • Place it in a well oiled baking sheet which is lined with parchment paper and bake this for 15 mins.
  • Remove it and cool down a bit.
  • Now use a spatula to remove the cookie and cool completely.
  • Now serve.
