Aadi festival special kozhukattai, made using rice flour, jaggery. Taste really good and is perfect for this occasion.

- Jaggery / Sarkarai - ¾ cup grated
- Coconut - 1 cup grated
- Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 ½ cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
- Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi - 1 tsp
Take jaggery, coconut and mix well till it gets sticky.
Now add in cardamom and ginger powder. Mix well.
Add in rice flour and mix well to a crumbly and little damp mix.
Take small portion and roll it into a tight ball.
Bring lots of water to a boil. add ball in slowly and cook for 10 mins.
Drain and serve.
