    Ingredients
      

    • Jaggery / Sarkarai - ¾ cup grated
    • Coconut - 1 cup grated
    • Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 ½ cup
    • Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
    • Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi - 1 tsp

    Instructions
     

    • Take jaggery, coconut and mix well till it gets sticky.
    • Now add in cardamom and ginger powder. Mix well.
    • Add in rice flour and mix well to a crumbly and little damp mix.
    • Take small portion and roll it into a tight ball.
    • Bring lots of water to a boil. add ball in slowly and cook for 10 mins.
    • Drain and serve.
