Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai..Add in onions and fry till golden..Add in curry leaves and green chillies . Fry this for few minutes.

Now add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
▢
Add in tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt.
▢
Add in turmeric powder and mix well.
▢
Now add in chicken pieces and mix well..Sear on all sides.Cook this with open lid for 15 minutes on a low flame.

Now add in chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
▢
Cook this for 15 mins. Now pour in chilli sauce and mix well.
▢
Garnish with cilantro and curry leaves.
