Avocado and Banana Smoothie Bowl (Breakfast Smoothie Bowl)
Breakfast in a bowl ? Sounds delicious, isn’t it ? This Avocado banana smoothie bowl is a creamy and refreshing recipe that is packed with nutrients. It is made with ripe avocado, banana, milk, apple and basil seeds. It hardly takes 5 to 10 minutes to make and you will have a delightful crunch, creamy taste in every spoonful.
Take chia seeds in a bowl, add in ¼ cup of hot water over it, Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. Chia seeds will bloom and become gel like consistency.
Take frozen ripe banana, avocado, honey, milk, vanilla in a blender jar. Blend this till creamy and thick.
Now spoon this into a serving bowl. Add the given topping all over the smoothie. Drizzle with little honey or maple syrup.
Serve immediately.
