This is a type of breakfast i am making often now..It is a smoothie bowl breakfast. I make thick smoothies using the available fresh fruits, then top them with assorted things. It is hearty, filling and very good for you..This bowl is made with a banana avocado smoothie topped with some banana, basil seeds and apples. So yum and so refreshing for your body.
