    Avocado & Banana Smoothie Bowl with Apples & Basil Seeds - Smoothie Bowls Recipe

    This is a type of breakfast i am making often now..It is a smoothie bowl breakfast. I make thick smoothies using the available fresh fruits, then top them with assorted things. It is hearty, filling and very good for you..This bowl is made with a banana avocado smoothie topped with some banana, basil seeds and apples. So yum and so refreshing for your body.

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Makes : 1 or 2 servings

    Ingredients:

    Avocado - 1 ripe
    Banana - 1 ripe

    Milk - 1.5 cup
    Sugar or Honey to taste
    Apple - 1 
    Basil Seeds / Sabja - 1 tblspn
    Water - 4 tblspn

    Method:

    Take basil seeds in a bowl, add in 4 tblspn of water over it, set aside till it swells.

    Chop up half a banana and apple into small pieces. Set aside.

    Take avocado, ½ of the banana, sugar and milk in a blender. Puree till smooth and thick.

    Pour this into a serving bowl. Top with the bloomed basil seeds and the banana and apples.

    Serve.

    scoop the flesh into a blender

    add in sugar, you can use honey

    add in half a banana

    pour in milk

    puree till smooth

    take a serving bowl

    spoon the thick mix into the bowl

    you can see the sabja has swelled up

    i chopped some apples and the remaining half of the banana

    top the bowl with the sabja or basil seeds

      @nurapress the step part, it should be soft and feels ripe. Then u can cut into them else give them few days to ripen
