    About Avocado Banana Smoothie Bowl

Starting your day with a balanced breakfast is one of the best ways to keep you energized throughout the day. On busy mornings, I always prefer recipes that are quick, wholesome and filling without compromising the taste.

This smoothie bowl is made with ripe avocado, banana, vanilla, milk, sweetener and topped with variety of toppings. Avocado is naturally packed with healthy fats, fibre and vitamins.

Banana makes the bowl more filling, while the toppings are rich in fibre and antioxidants, which makes this bowl a nutritious and delicious food.

If the bananas become extra ripe, I always slice and freeze them. Frozen bananas when added to smoothies gives a richer, thicker and creamier texture, which makes the smoothie bowl even more indulgent.

The best part about this recipe is that it is easy to customize. You can top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, or granola to make it even more healthier and enjoyable. Overall, it is a simple, wholesome breakfast that both kids and adults will enjoy.

    • Add a drizzle of maple on top before serving for a delicious sweet finish.

This smoothie bowl tastes best when served immediately after blending.

Top the smoothie bowl with chopped almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, for extra texture and filling breakfast. You can also garnish it with shredded coconut, banana slices for a healthy breakfast, post workout meal or evening snack.
