1 ripe Avocado 1 ripe Banana 1.5 cup Milk Sugar or Honey to taste 1 Apple 1 tablespoon Basil Seeds / Sabja 4 tablespoon Water
Take basil seeds in a bowl, add in 4 tblspn of water over it, set aside till it swells.
Chop up half a banana and apple into small pieces. Set aside.
Take avocado, ½ of the banana, sugar and milk in a blender. Puree till smooth and thick.
Pour this into a serving bowl. Top with the bloomed basil seeds and the banana and apples.
Serve.
