- Almonds / Badam - ½ cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp
- Cashews Pistachios - ¼ cup chopped finely
Soak badam in hot water for 15 mins, peel off the skin and take it in a blender. Add little milk and make it into a smooth puree.
Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add the puree and cook till it thickens.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add in milk and mix well. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.
Now add in saffron, cardamom and nuts. Mix well.
Serve cold.
