Ingredients
  

  • Almonds / Badam - ½ cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Cashews Pistachios - ¼ cup chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • Soak badam in hot water for 15 mins, peel off the skin and take it in a blender. Add little milk and make it into a smooth puree.
  • Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add the puree and cook till it thickens.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add in milk and mix well. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.
  • Now add in saffron, cardamom and nuts. Mix well.
  • Serve cold.
