6 Figs ½ cup Orange Juice 2 tablespoon Honey 1 tablespoon Butter Greek Yogurt as needed Pistachios as needed finely chopped
Preheat oven to 220 degree C.
Cut figs into 4, so they open up like a flower. Arrange it in a baking dish
Take orange juice, honey and butter in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil, simmer for 5 mins.
Pour this over the figs and pop it in oven and bake for 8 to 10 mins.
Now remove the hot figs in a bowl and dollop with some yogurt and pistachios.
Serve.
