Ingredients
  

  • 1 Snapper cleaned and deboned
  • Lemon Slices few for topping
  • For Marination:
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 5 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 Degree C.
  • Clean fish really well. Debone them if you can. Make deep slits on both side of the fish.
  • Take all the ingredients given for marination in a blender and make it into a smooth puree.
  • Take fish in a baking tray.
  • Pour the marination over the fish and spread it all over the fish on both sides as well as in the cavity of the fish.
  • Leave this to marinate for 15 mins.
  • Now top the fish with some lemon slices and put it into the oven.
  • Now bake this for 30 to 35 mins.
  • Remove it and serve.
