1 Snapper cleaned and deboned Lemon Slices few for topping For Marination: ½ cup Coriander Leaves ½ cup Mint Leaves 2 Green Chillies 5 cloves Garlic peeled 1 teaspoon Oregano 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes Salt to taste 3 tablespoon Olive Oil 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preheat the oven to 200 Degree C.
Clean fish really well. Debone them if you can. Make deep slits on both side of the fish.
Take all the ingredients given for marination in a blender and make it into a smooth puree.
Take fish in a baking tray.
Pour the marination over the fish and spread it all over the fish on both sides as well as in the cavity of the fish.
Leave this to marinate for 15 mins.
Now top the fish with some lemon slices and put it into the oven.
Now bake this for 30 to 35 mins.
Remove it and serve.
