Banana cake recipe , a blender cake recipe which is super easy to make all you need is a blender jar to make the batter. If you think making cakes are complicated, then think again. This banana blender cake is super soft and fluffy, perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee, tea or milk.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 5 inch round cake pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Take eggs, banana, sugar, oil, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder in a blender and blend for 45 seconds to 1 min.
Take flour in a bowl, pour the blended banana mix over the flour and fold gently.
Spoon this batter into the baking pan and sprinkle top with 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
Pop it into the oven and bake for 30 to 35 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is baked or not. If the toothpick comes out clean then the cake is baked.
Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.
