Instructions

Take curd, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well.Add in grated beets and give a stir.
▢
Now make tempering..Heat oil and add mustard and urad dal and let it get light brown.
▢
Add this over the raita and garnish with coriander leaves.
▢
Serve with pulav.
