- 4 slices Bread I used Panettone around 3 cups
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Cut your bread into cubes.
Heat ghee in a kadai. Add the bread cubes in it and toss well with the ghee.
Fry this for a few minutes, may be for 5 mins till they change colour and turns golden.
Now sprinkle your sugar in and mix well for few seconds.
Serve with a glass of milk.
