Take warm water, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl, set aside for 5 mins.
Take flour, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add in yeast water and use a dough kneader to knead it for 5 mins or so.
Add olive oil and mix well. Set aside to rise for 2 hours till double in size.
Now preheat oven to 200 degree c for 10 mins.
Take the dough, punch out the air. Take small amount from it.
Roll it. Cut it in the middle. Now twist it.
Place it in a baking tray and let it rise for 30 mins.
Now mix all the ingredients given for topping. Brush top with this oil.
Top with cheese.
Bake this in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 mins
Remove and serve.
