Grilled cajun chicken is a flavourful and juicy chicken dish. It is made by marinating chicken breast in a cajun spice , lemon juice and seasoning, then grilling them to perfection. Mix the ingredients given for cajun seasoning. Set aside.
Take chicken breast, pat it dry with a paper towel, wrap it in plastic wrap and bash it using a rolling pin till it is in even thickness.
Mix all the ingredients except chicken.
Add chicken in and leave to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
Heat a grill pan or normal pan till smoking, place chicken over it and cook for 7 to 8 mins till done, flip over and cook on other side for 5 to 6 mins.
Now remove it and serve.
