Ingredients
  

  • Cantaloupe / Kirnipazham- 1
  • Sarbath - as needed
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn or to taste
  • Ice Cold Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Cut open cantaloupe and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon in to a mixing bowl. Use a spoon or whisk to mash it all up. It should be mashed and also it should be chunky.
  • Now pour the required amount of sarbath, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour some ice cold water and mix well.
  • Serve cold immediately.
