- 3 cups Rice cooked
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Green Peas I used frozen
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Green Chillies sliced in diagnols
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- Spring Onion White and Green Part Separated
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add onions, spring onion white part and green chilli. Sauté on high heat for a min.
Add in capsicum and peas and mix well. Saute on high heat for 3 mins.
Add in salt, sugar and ajinomoto and mix well.
Add in rice and toss well. Add soya sauce and pepper to taste and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion green part and serve.
