Oil - 1 tsp
▢
Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
▢
Green Chillies - 3 chopped
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Salt to taste
FOR FRYING:
▢
Cauliflower - 3 cup cut into florets
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Oil for Deep frying
Instructions
▢
Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
▢
Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
▢
Heat little oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and toss well.
▢
Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
▢
Add fried gobi and toss well.
▢
Serve.
