    Cauliflower Varuval Recipe - Fried Cauliflower Roast Recipe.

    Super delicious cauliflower varuval which taste not only yummy but is super easy to make. This makes a great side dish for rice and gravy.

    Easy and delicious cauliflower varuval which can be paired with rasam rice or used as a filling for roti.

    Ingredients

    • Oil - 1 tsp
    • Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
    • Green Chillies - 3 chopped
    • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    • Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste

    FOR FRYING:

    • Cauliflower - 3 cup cut into florets
    • Salt to taste
    • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Oil for Deep frying

    Instructions

    • Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
    • Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
    • Heat little oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and toss well.
    • Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
    • Add fried gobi and toss well.
    • Serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Chop cauliflower and take it in a bowl.

    2)Add salt, pepper, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala powder

    3)Mix well

    4)Deep fry in oil till golden brown.

    5)Now it is fried

    6)Drain and set aside.

    7)heat little oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies

    8)Saute for a min, Add salt and turmeric powder

    9)Add chilli powder

    10)Mix well

    11)Add fried cauliflower in the pan

    12)Toss well

    13)Serve
