Sweet snack which is highly nutritious. This cereal bites is perfect as a after school snack or as a after workout snack.

- Dates - 10 to 12
- Almonds - ¼ cup
- Honey - 3 tblsp
- Flax seeds - 2 tblsp
- Cornflakes - 1 cup crushed
- Shredded dried coconut - ½ cup
- Kishmish / Sultanas - ¼ cup
Roast almonds and chop it finely.
Take dates in a blender and puree.
Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Take small portion and shape it into ball.
Store in a container.
Serve
