Cereal Bites Recipe – Healthy Cereal Balls Recipe with step wise pictures.

Sweet snack which is highly nutritious. This cereal bites is perfect as a after school snack or as a after workout snack.

This is a healthy sweet snack for you, it has lots of cornflakes for crunchy bite, some coconut, almonds, chewy sultanas and flax seeds. The whole thing is sweetened by dates and honey. Dates act as a sticky substance and bind the whole thing together.

Ingredients

  • Dates - 10 to 12
  • Almonds - 1/4 cup
  • Honey - 3 tblsp
  • Flax seeds - 2 tblsp
  • Cornflakes - 1 cup crushed
  • Shredded dried coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Kishmish / Sultanas - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Roast almonds and chop it finely.
  • Take dates in a blender and puree.
  • Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Take small portion and shape it into ball.
  • Store in a container.
  • Serve

3)Chop into small pieces

4)Take dates in a blender

5)Puree this till smooth.

6)Take it in a bowl.

7)Add in honey

8)Add in crushed cornflakes

9)Add in flax seeds

10)Add in shredded coconut

11)Add in almonds

12)Add in some kishmish (sultanas)

13)Mix well

14)Take small portion of it.

15)Roll it into ball

16)Serve
