Heat oil in a kadai. Once oil is how add in all vegetables. Stir fry the veggies in oil for just a minute. Now add in tomato ketchup and mix well. Pour in water and bring it to a full boil.
Once water boils, add in noodles, taste maker and mix well. Cover and cook till done. it will take 2 to 3 mins.
Add cheese cubes and mix well. the cheese will melt immediately. Serve hot with extra cheese on top.
