    About Cheese Maggi Recipe

    Cheese Maggi refers to a version of the instant noodle dish called Maggi, which incorporates cheese as an additional ingredient. Maggi is a popular brand of instant noodles that is widely consumed and enjoyed in many parts of the world.

    To make Cheese Maggi, you typically start by sauteing vegetables of your choice in a pot and add water and bring it to a boil. Add in Maggi noodles and simmer until they are cooked. Add your favorite Spice powders and maggi seasoning. To make it cheesy, grate your favorite cheese or add cheese slices to the noodles.

    The cheese melts and combines with the Maggi seasoning, coating the noodles with a creamy, cheesy flavor. The result is a rich and indulgent version of the classic Maggi noodles.

    Maggi Noodles

    The Maggi brand instant noodles, usually available in packets. The quantity will depend on the number of servings you want to prepare. You can use any brand instant noodles you like.

    Cheese

    Choose a cheese variety that melts well, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese. You can use grated cheese or cheese slices. The amount of cheese will depend on your preference for cheesiness.

    Maggi Seasoning & Spices

    The Maggi noodles usually come with a seasoning packet. This packet contains a mix of spices, flavorings, and sometimes a sauce. You can adjust the quantity of the seasoning as per your taste. You can add your favorite spices like garlic powder, paprika, mixed herbs, or any other seasonings.

    Vegetables

    You can add chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, corn, carrots, peas, or any other vegetables of your choice to add nutrition and texture to the dish.

    Protein (optional)

    This is optional but if you like, you can add cooked chicken, shredded or boiled eggs, tofu, or paneer (Indian cottage cheese) to make the dish more filling and nutritious.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Oil
    • ¼ cup Onion chopped
    • ¼ cup Capsicum chopped
    • 1 Tomato chopped
    • 2 Maggi Noodles
    • 2 cups Water
    • ¼ cup Cheese cubed or grated

    Instructions

    • Heat oil add in veggies. saute for a min.
    • Add in water, noodles and tastemaker, Mix well.
    • Cover and cook till done. it will take 2 to 3 mins.
    • Add cheese cubes and mix well. simmer till cheese is melted.
    • Serve hot with extra cheese on top.

    Cheese Maggi Recipe Step by Step Pictures

    1)Heat little oil in a kadai. Add onions, tomato and capsicum

    2)Stir fry for a min

    3)Add some ketchup

    4)Add in water

    5)Add in noodles when water comes boil

    6)Add maggi spice mix

    7)Mix well

    8)Cover and cook

    9)Now it is cooked

    10)Add cheese

    11)Mix well till it is melted and gets creamy.

    12)Serve hot with extra cheese on top.
