    About Cheese Maggi

    Cheese Maggi is a delicious recipe made instant noodle Maggi, which incorporates cheese into the noodles. As you all know Maggi is a popular brand of instant noodles that is widely consumed and enjoyed in many parts of the world.

    To make Cheese Maggi, you typically start by sauteing vegetables of your choice in a pot and add water and bring it to a boil.

    Add in Maggi noodles and simmer until they are cooked. Add your favorite Spice powders and maggi seasoning. To make it cheesy, grate your favorite cheese or add cheese slices to the noodles.

    The cheese melts and combines with the Maggi seasoning, coating the noodles with a creamy, cheesy flavor. The result is a rich and indulgent version of the classic Maggi noodles.

    Cheese Maggi Ingredients

    • Maggi Noodles- The Maggi brand instant noodles, usually available in packets. The quantity will depend on the number of servings you want to prepare. You can use any brand instant noodles you like.
    • Cheese - Choose a cheese variety that melts well, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese. You can use grated cheese or cheese slices. The amount of cheese will depend on your preference for cheesiness.
    • Maggi Seasoning & Spices - The Maggi noodles usually come with a seasoning packet. This packet contains a mix of spices, flavorings, and sometimes a sauce. You can adjust the quantity of the seasoning as per your taste. You can add your favorite spices like garlic powder, paprika, mixed herbs, or any other seasonings.
    • Vegetables - You can add chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, corn, carrots, peas, or any other vegetables of your choice to add nutrition and texture to the dish.
    • Protein (optional) - This is optional but if you like, you can add cooked chicken, shredded or boiled eggs, tofu, or paneer (Indian cottage cheese) to make the dish more filling and nutritious.

    Step by Step Pictures

    1)Heat little oil in a pan. Once oil is hot, add chopped onions, tomato and capsicum.

    2)Saute the veggies in the oil for just a minute. The raw smell should leave from the vegetables and it should be smelling aromatic.

    3)Now to taste add in some tomato ketchup, you can add in soy sauce too.

    4)Now to cook noodles, pour in water as needed. bring the water to a full boil.

    5)Once water comes to a full boil, reduce flame and add in the noodle cake.

    6)Now sprinkle in the maggi tastemaker too. You can add in your favorite spices at this point. Peri peri spice would be great in this recipe.

    7)Mix well. Cover the pan with lid, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

    8)Now you can see the noodles is cooked.

    9)At this point add in cheese. I used chopped cheese cube. You can add in grated cheese.

    10)Mix gently till the cheese is melted completely and the maggi looks cheesy.

    11)Serve hot with extra cheese on top.


    Expert Tips

    • You can use any cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese. Grate the cheese or cut it into small cubes for easier melting.
    • Any chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, corn, carrots, or peas can be added to the Maggi while it's cooking.
    • For a more filling and nutritious meal, you can include protein-rich ingredients like cooked chicken, shredded or boiled eggs, tofu, or paneer (Indian cottage cheese). These additions will add a satiating element to your Cheese Maggi.
    • You can add your own seasonings along with maggi seasoning to suit your taste. Spice powders like garlic powder, paprika, or mixed herbs to enhance the flavor.
    • Don't add too much cheese.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 teaspoon Oil
    • ¼ cup Onion chopped
    • ¼ cup Capsicum chopped
    • 1 medium Tomato chopped
    • 2 pack Maggi Noodles
    • 2 cups Water
    • ¼ cup Cheese cubed or grated

    Instructions
     

    • Heat oil in a kadai. Once oil is how add in all vegetables. Stir fry the veggies in oil for just a minute. Now add in tomato ketchup and mix well. Pour in water and bring it to a full boil.
    • Once water boils, add in noodles, taste maker and mix well. Cover and cook till done. it will take 2 to 3 mins.
    • Add cheese cubes and mix well. the cheese will melt immediately. Serve hot with extra cheese on top.
