Cheese Spring Rolls Recipe (Chilli Cheese Egg Rolls)

Cheese spring rolls is a crispy and cheesy snack loved by both kids and adults. These delicious rolls are made with a spicy cheese filling wrapped inside spring roll sheets and fried until golden crispy. It is super easy to make at home with store bought spring roll sheets and perfect for evening snacks, party starters or appetizer to serve with noodles, fried rice and tomato ketchup.

Deep Frying Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 12 sheets Spring Roll Sheets
  • Sunflower Oil for deep frying

For Filling

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Bell Peppers (Capsicum) chopped finely
  • 2 no Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the filling. Take a bowl, add all ingredients given for the filling. Mix all the ingredients for filling and set aside.
  • Take frozen spring roll wrappers from freezer atleast 30 minutes before making this to thaw. Open the packet and remove one spring roll wrapper alone. keep the remaining wrappers covered with a cloth so it doesn't dry out.
  • Take one spring roll sheet in front of you, spoon some filling in, Apply with water on the sides. Roll it carefully into spring rolls sealing the sides as well.
  • Now heat some oil for deep frying. Drop spring rolls in. Fry spring rolls till golden, drain onto some paper towel. Serve hot.
