    Take all your ingredients

Start by grating your cheese..I used mozzarella pizza cheese

grate tons and tons of them

    take them in a bowl

add little salt and chilli flakes

    add in some chopped capsicum

    add in coriander leaves

    and some chopped green chilles

    mix that well

now take your spring roll sheets or phyllo pastry..I used my phyllo pastry sheets

spoon some of the cheese filling over it

    dip your fingers in water

    spread water around the sides

    like this

    fol it from one side

    warp it pretty tightly

    roll one more time

when you come to the side, fold from one side

    nowfold from other side

    keep rolling

    now it is done

i made few more springrolls as well

now heat some oil in a pan

    place spring rolls in

    fry till golden

    drain them

    Serve
