1 cup Thick Yogurt / Greek Yogurt 10 Cherry Tomatoes if using normal tomatoes, use 1 large Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside, if using normal big tomatoes use 1 large and cube them.
Take curd, salt, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
Add in tomatoes and parsley and mix well.
Cover and chill untill use.
Serve cold.
