Cherry Tomato Raita
Raitas make a great cooling and refreshing sidedish for any spicy biryani, pulao..You can literally make raita with pretty much all veggies likes onions, carrots, beeroots, cucumber, mint or anything. This is a raita which i made with tomatoes, not ordinary tomatoes, i used cherry tomatoes which i bought in the market yesterday.

Ingredients for Cherry Tomato Raita
- Thick Yogurt / Greek Yogurt - 1 cup
- Cherry Tomatoes - 10 (if using normal tomatoes, use 1 large)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 1 tbsp finely chopped
How to Make Cherry Tomato Raita
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside, if using normal big tomatoes use 1 large and cube them.
- Take curd, salt, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add in tomatoes and parsley and mix well.
- Cover and chill untill use.
- Serve cold.

Cherry Tomato Raita Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes if using normal tomatoes, use 1 large
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
