Ingredients
  

  • Sunflower Oil for deep frying

For Chicken Nuggets Mixture

  • 2 large Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 3 tablespoon Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper powder

For Coating

  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take chicken and cut into cubes. Take it in a blender and pulse few times so it is minced. Now take this in a bowl. Add all the ingredients given for the filling and give a good mix. Now you can use any cutters and shapes to shape the nuggets or just use your hands.
  • Now arrange the breading and dunking station. In a plate mix all purpose flour with little salt and pepper. In a bowl mix cornflour with salt and pepper and water and make it into a thin paste. Now in another plate mix breadcrumbs with some salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Now take the nuggets, coat in all purpose flour, then dip in cornflour mix and coat in bread crumbs. Set aside in a plate and chill this in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Now heat oil for deep frying, drop nuggets in hot oil and fry till golden. Drain it and set aside. Serve with ketchup.
