Take chicken and cut into cubes. Take it in a blender and pulse few times so it is minced. Now take this in a bowl. Add all the ingredients given for the filling and give a good mix. Now you can use any cutters and shapes to shape the nuggets or just use your hands.
Now arrange the breading and dunking station. In a plate mix all purpose flour with little salt and pepper. In a bowl mix cornflour with salt and pepper and water and make it into a thin paste. Now in another plate mix breadcrumbs with some salt and pepper and set aside.
Now take the nuggets, coat in all purpose flour, then dip in cornflour mix and coat in bread crumbs. Set aside in a plate and chill this in fridge for 30 mins.
Now heat oil for deep frying, drop nuggets in hot oil and fry till golden. Drain it and set aside. Serve with ketchup.
