Make pastry dough. Take flour in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
Add in butter and rub it into the flour. Add cold water and shape it into a dough. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
Mix chicken with rosemary, salt, all purpose flour and cayenne.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, fry chicken till golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Heat more butter in the same pan, add garlic, onion, carrot and peppers. Saute for a min.
Add in flour, salt, pepper and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add in chicken and frozen peas and simmer for 10 to 15 mins.
Add chopped parsley and mix well.
Now cool this mix. Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a sheet.
Spoon it into individual pan and top with the rolled pastry sheet,'Make holes in the top. seal the edges.
Pop it in oven and bake for 25 to 30 mins till golden.
Remove and serve.
