Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Sausages - 10 sliced into rounds
  • Oil - 2 tblspn
  • Butter - 1 tblspn
  • Garlic - 10 cloves crushed
  • Onion - 2 large sliced thinly
  • Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in a kadai. Add in crushed garlic and fry for a min,
  • Add in onions and salt. Saute till lightly golden.
  • Add in sausage and fry till it is fried little.
  • Now add in peppers and saute well.
  • Add in chilli powder and mix well.
  • Now add in ketchup and mix well.
  • Add in vinegar, garam masala powder and pepper powder and mix well.
  • Now serve with roti.
