    Chicken Sausage Dry Curry

    Few years back I used to buy sausage a lot, because my sister loves it. After marriage I have never bought it, I thought my hubby won't like it. I was getting so many request from my viewers to share recipes using sausages. So few weeks back when I went shopping, I decided to get a packet of sausage and give it a go. When I made this and served hubby he really really enjoyed it. I am totally happy, so hereafter you will be seeing lots of different sausage recipes in yummy tummy.

    Ingredients for Chicken Sausage Dry Curry

    • Chicken Sausages - 10 sliced into rounds
    • Oil - 2 tblspn
    • Butter - 1 tblspn
    • Garlic - 10 cloves crushed
    • Onion - 2 large sliced thinly
    • Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 sliced thinly
    • Salt to taste
    • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
    • Vinegar - 1 tsp
    • Tomato Ketchup - ½ cup
     

    How to Make Chicken Sausage Dry Curry

    1. Heat oil and butter in a kadai. Add in crushed garlic and fry for a min,
    2. Add in onions and salt. Saute till lightly golden.
    3. Add in sausage and fry till it is fried little.
    4. Now add in peppers and saute well.
    5. Add in chilli powder and mix well.
    6. Now add in ketchup and mix well.
    7. Add in vinegar, garam masala powder and pepper powder and mix well.
    8. Now serve with roti.

    Ingredients

    • Chicken Sausages - 10 sliced into rounds

    Chicken Sausage Dry Curry Step by Step

     
    Take all your ingredients
    Take your sausage. you can use any of your favourite one.
    slice into rounds
    Heat oil and butter in a pan
    add in crushed garlic
    add in onions
    sprinkle some salt and saute till golden
    add in sausage
    fry till golden
    now it is all fried
    add in peppers
    saute for few mins
    add in red chilli powder
    fry for a min
    add in ketchup
    fry this till it has coated all the sausage
    add in vinegar
    add in garam masala powder and pepper powder
    Mix well
    Serve

      Hi Aarthi- I follow your blog regularly. Just thought of sharing you this - sausages are not healthy. WHO has recently identified it as a carcinogen ( bcos its processed meat). I recommend you to not use it much..

      Tried today..turned out delicious. I was skeptical about tomato sauce but that added unique taste. Added potatoes instead of capsicum as my husband loves potato. Thnku so much
