Ingredients

Chicken - 250 grams
▢
Onion-1 cut into big pieces
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Cornflour – 1 tsp
▢
For Crushing:
▢
Ginger – 1 inch piece cut into chunks
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
▢
Pepper - 1 tsp
▢
Garlic - 4 cloves
▢
Water – as needed
Instructions
▢
Take the grinding ingredients in a blender and pulse few times. Set aside.
▢
Take chicken, salt, turmeric powder, onions, crushed masala and water in a pressure cooker.
▢
Pressure cook for 3 whistle, now simmer the flame and cook for 5 mins. Turn off the heat and open the cooker.
▢
Remove the chicken and remove the meat from it.
▢
Add it back to the pot and add some cornflour which is mixed with some water and bring it to a boil.
▢
Turn off the heat and Serve piping hot and enjoy.
