Crispy and spicy chicken strips is coated in a spiced seasoned flour mixture and fried till crispy and crunchy. Coated in plain flour and cornstarch to create crispy and juicy texture.
Take plain flour, cornstarch in a bowl. Add all the seasoning ingredients into this flour and mix well. Set aside. Take ice cold water in another bowl.
Take chicken strips and coat with this flour mixture. Now dip it into the ice cold water for 5 seconds. Remove it from water and dip it back into the flour mixture. Squeeze gently to coat the chicken with the flour mixture. Set aside while you heat oil for frying.
Heat oil for deep frying, drop chicken strips in hot oil and fry on high heat and 4 to 5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon and strain it on some paper towel. Sprinkle with peri peri spice mix and toss.
Serve hot.
