Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices White Bread
  • 1 small Onion peeled & chopped very finely
  • 1 small Tomato seeds removed and chopped finely
  • 1 no Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese chopped or grated
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven set to grill mode and 250 degree C.
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with your hands so it resembled a coarse mix.
  • Place a bread slice in a foil lined tray and spoon some of the cheese mix over the top. Put the bread close to the grill rack and grill for 4 to 5 mins. Remove the bread to a board and cut into wedges. Serve.
