Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe

This is one of the easy recipe to get the perfect tasting chilli cheese toast. There are thousands of method you can make this..Will share all those version soon. But this is the method which i love a lot. It is simple and taste so yummy. All the ingredients added are to taste. You can increase or skip it as per your wish.

I made this yesterday and served it with a spicy arabiatta pasta. Will share that soon..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 2
Onion – 1 small chopped very finely
Tomatoes – 1 small seeds removed and chopped finely
Green Chillies – 1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
Salt to taste
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup chopped or grated

Method:
Preheat oven set to grill mode and 250 degree C. 
Take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with your hands so it resembled a coarse mix.
Place a bread slice in a foil lined tray and spoon some of the cheese mix over the top.
Put the bread close to the grill rack and grill for 4 to 5 mins.
Remove the bread to a board and cut into wedges.
Serve.

Take all your ingredients

First step is to scoop the seeds from the tomatoes

Now chop up all the ingredients

Take onion and tomatoes in a bowl

add in chillies

add in coriander leaves

season with some salt

mix well

add in some cheese

mix well with your hands

now everything is combined

place a slice of bread in a foil lined tray

spoon some of the mix in

grill it for 4 to 5 mins

remove it to a board

cut into half

serve

    Heyy!! This is really a quick recipe.. Instead of oven if we are using microwave than what time do we need to set??

    i kept in the oven for just 2 minus and ít got burnt…can we prp the bread and mixture seperately?

    @UnknownTHen reduce the timing, keep a eye on it so it doesn't burn
