Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients for batter. Dip lobster in the batter and fry till golden brown. You can double fry for more crispness. Drain and set aside.

Take oil in a wok. Add in ginger, garlic, onions and capsicum, green chillies. Saute for 2 mins.

Now add in all sauces, salt, sugar and spices. Mix well.
▢
Add very little water and mix well.
▢
Add in fried lobster and toss. Add spring onions and toss.

Notes
You can fry the lobster once. Drain them and set aside. Then you can deep fry them again till crispy before serving and then toss in sauce.
Always serve this piping hot for best taste.
You can use frozen lobster meat as well.
Sauce can be prepared in advance.
This is best served as appetizer.
Serve this with fried rice or noodles.
You can use chicken, prawns instead of lobster.
