- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (120 grams )
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 ¾ cup Sugar (350 grams )
- 1 cup Oil (240 ml )
- ¾ cup Cocoa Powder (80 grams )
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Cashew nuts chopped
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate chopped chocolate chips can be used
Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
Take flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix well, set aside.
In a sauce pan, take oil and heat till it gets warm. Add in sugar and mix well..
Now add in cocoa powder and mix well.
Add in the flour mix and fold gently. Once it is mixed lightly, add in couple of eggs and mix well. Add in another couple of eggs and fold again.
Add in vanilla essence and fold gently.
Add in cashews and chocolate pieces and fold gently.
Line a baking pan with foil and grease it well with oil. Pour in the batter and spread it.
Bake it for 40 to 45 mins.
Remove it and let it cool gently.
Now invert the cake pan and peel off the foil. Now cut it into small pieces and serve.
