Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (120 grams )
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ¾ cup Sugar (350 grams )
  • 1 cup Oil (240 ml )
  • ¾ cup Cocoa Powder (80 grams )
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup Cashew nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate chopped chocolate chips can be used

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
  • Take flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix well, set aside.
  • In a sauce pan, take oil and heat till it gets warm. Add in sugar and mix well..
  • Now add in cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Add in the flour mix and fold gently. Once it is mixed lightly, add in couple of eggs and mix well. Add in another couple of eggs and fold again.
  • Add in vanilla essence and fold gently.
  • Add in cashews and chocolate pieces and fold gently.
  • Line a baking pan with foil and grease it well with oil. Pour in the batter and spread it.
  • Bake it for 40 to 45 mins.
  • Remove it and let it cool gently.
  • Now invert the cake pan and peel off the foil. Now cut it into small pieces and serve.
