Chocolate peanut butter is a rich, delicious creamy spread made with cocoa powder and roasted peanuts. The combination of chocolate and peanuts are match made in heaven. It is perfect for spreading on toast, dipping fruits, adding to smoothies, oatmeal, cookies, brownies or even enjoyed straight from the jar as a dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Roasted Peanuts
  • cup Brown Sugar or granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take roasted peanuts in a blender, add sugar and grind them till it is fine and powdered. Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the blender for even grinding. Keep blending them till it gets lumpy and pasty.  It will take sometime, keep scraping the sides often.
  • Now add in cocoa powder, salt and oil and blend till it gets creamy and paste like.
  • Cool it down, Store it in an air tight container in fridge.
