- Roasted peanuts : Peanuts is the main ingredient that helps to create a rich, nutty flavoured spread.
- Sweetener : Sugar balances the taste of peanuts and the bitterness of cocoa. You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Swap with brown sugar for a healthier alternative.
- Cocoa powder : Cocoa powder adds its rich chocolate flavour to the peanut base. Use good quality unsweetened cocoa powder for best taste and flavour.
- Salt : A pinch of salt added to enhance the overall flavour and balances the richness of chocolate and peanuts.
- Oil : Use any neutral oil like canola oil, vegetable or sunflower oil for blending. While peanuts naturally release oil when blended, adding a small amount of oil ensures to get a perfect silky, spreadable consistency.

Hi. Can we skip the oil or is it necessary? since peanuts release its own oil.
Aarthi
Adding little oil helps the peanuts release more oil and get more spreadable in texture. You can skip it if you want.
