Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding, a decadent, gooey and moist cake with a sticky chocolaty sauce underneath. The pudding cake is so gooey and moist and is perfect for a cold winter day when served hot with a scoop of ice cream.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C (360 degree F). Grease a baking pan with butter and set aside.
Now take all ingredients given in the cake list in a bowl and mix well. The batter will be thick. Now spoon this into the pan and spread evenly.
Now take the sugar, brown sugar, cocoa in a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle this mixture all over the cake in a even layer and pour hot water gently over it.
Now place this in oven and bake 25 to 30 mins. Now remove from oven and set aside to cool for 5 mins.
