When a classic Italian dessert gets a rich chocolate twist, it instantly becomes twice as irresistible. This chocolate tiramisu truly feels like a dessert straight out of a dream. Espresso-soaked ladyfinger biscuits are layered with Nutella-mascarpone cream, finished with a generous drizzle of Nutella and a dusting of cocoa, every bite is indulgent, comforting, and impossible to stop at just one.
Take mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla in a bowl. Use an electric beater to whip this till thick and creamy. Now add in the whipping cream, nutella and cream together till thick and fluffy. Set aside.
Take the dish in which you are going to assemble the tiramisu. Take 2 cups of brewed cooled coffee in a bowl. Take your ladyfinger biscuits and dunk it in the coffee. Arrange it in the dish in an even layer.
Spread ⅓rd of the whipped cream evenly. Now drizzle ¼ cup of nutella all over it.
Dunk some more ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee and arrange over the nutella in a layer. Now spread ⅓rd of the cream mixture over the biscuits. Drizzle with ¼ cup nutella over the cream.
Now arrange another layer of the soaked lady finger biscuits. Spread remaining cream on top. Now drizzle with nutella. Now pop this in fridge and let it set for 10 to 12 hours in fridge.
Once the tiramisu is set, dust top with cocoa powder. Slice and serve.
