Wheat Bran - 1 ½ cup / 90 grams
▢
Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup / 120 grams
▢
Cocoa Powder - ⅓ cup / 40 grams
▢
Raisins or Prunes or any dried fruits - ½ cup
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 1 tsp
▢
Milk - 1 ¼ cup / 300 ml
▢
Honey - ¾ cup / 180 ml
▢
Oil - 2 tblspn
▢
Egg - 1
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease 12 cup nonstick muffin pan with oil and set aside.

Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add in all wet ingredients and mix well.
▢
Add in dried fruit and mix well. The batter will be very thick.
▢
Spoon this into muffin pan and bake for 18 to 25 mins.
▢
Remove it and cool it for 5 mins.
▢
Remove it and serve.
