    Chocolate Wheat Bran Muffins

This is one of the healthy muffins which are baked using wheat bran. There are two types of bran, one is an oat bran and another one is wheat bran. They come from the outer husk of the oat and wheat. If you find them in your supermarket, just make sure you stock them. they will be available in the cereal section of your supermarket.

You can make muffins out of them, add them to paratha dough, add them to your oatmeal or cereal as well..You can even add them to your milkshakes or smoothies..Such a healthy one..These muffins are perfect for breakfast, this with a cup of milk is just filling. This muffins has only 2 tblspn of oil.

This is so yummy! I'm going to try this. I want to know the changes that I need to make to the batter if I'm adding half sugar and half honey.
The milk should be at room temperature?

What's the exact measurement suggested for wheat bran ? Is it 1 and 1/2 cup or eleven by 2 ?
Either way the gms isn't matching .
And same goes to milk.. I assume milk is 1 and 1/4 cup
      The above is very misleading.

Novice Bakers look for posts and try to achieve baking.. so pls make it simple for us ???

Sorry for the typo. It is 1 1/2 cup of wheat bran. Also my 1 cup measures 240 ml.

Can you substitute brown sugar for the honey? Looks like a yummy recipe.
