Ingredients
  

  • For Churros:
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 180 ml / ¾ cup Water
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • For Chocolate Dipping Sauce :
  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 50 ml Heavy Cream
  • 50 ml Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • For Cinnamon Sugar:
  • ½ cup Caster Sugar I powdered some sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
 

  • Sift flour, baking powder in a bowl.
  • Take water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in butter and take it off the heat. The butter will melt.
  • Now add in vanilla and mix well. Pour this hot water over the flour and mix to form a dough. Set the dough aside till you make the chocolate sauce.
  • For chocolate sauce. Take cream and milk in a sauce pan and heat it till you see bubbles around the rim of the pan.
  • Now take the cream off the heat and add in vanilla, honey and chocolate. Set aside for 5 mins.
  • Now mix it so it is all melted. Chocolate sauce done.
  • Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Now take the dough and fill a piping bag which is fitted with a star nozzle. Now squeeze it and use a pair of scissors to snip it off directly into hot oil.
  • Fry till golden brown. Drain onto paper towel.
  • Now mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll the fried churros in cinnamon sugar.
  • Serve with chocolate sauce.
