Cilantro Pesto Recipe | How to Make Pesto from Coriander Leaves

Ingredients
- Cilantro / Coriander leaves-1 bunch
- Olive oil- ¼ cup
- Garlic-1 small clove
- Parmesan-½ cup grated
- Almonds / Badam - 15 blanched
- Onion- ¼ chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- To blanch almonds, Put almonds in hot water for 15 mins. After that take it press it, the peel comes off right away.
- In a blender add cilantro, garlic, onion salt and pulse it for few times.
- Add in almonds, cheese and pulse it till almonds gets broken up.
- Add in olive oil in a steady stream with the blender on till it gets mixed in and everything looks blended well.
- Tip this into a bowl and add in some more oil in this. Mix well.
- Store this in fridge for upto a week. You could use this for making pizza, pasta and many more.
