All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup / 180 grams Salt - ¼ tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams Cranberry Sauce - 1 cup Recipe here Oil - ⅓ cup / 80 ml Egg - 1 Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Take flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Now take cranberry sauce, sugar, oil, egg and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Add in flour mix in and fold gently. The batter will be quite thick.
Now transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 35 to 45 mins untill a toothpick inserted comes clean.
Now remove it and cool down for 15 mins.
Now remove from pan and cool down completely.
Slice and serve.
