Ingredients
  

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
  • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
  • Eggs - 1
  • Oil - ¼ cup / 60 ml
  • Milk - ½ cup / 120 ml
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Cranberry Sauce -½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and set aside.
  • Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Now take eggs, oil, milk, vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in the flour mix and fold gently.
  • Now add in cranberry sauce and mix well.
  • Spoon this into cupcake wrappers and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  • Remove and let it cool down for 10 mins.
  • Now serve.
