    Cranberry sauce with step by step pictures. Soft and fluffy cranberry sauce muffins made with leftover cranberry sauce.

    Cranberry sauce muffins

    I can never have enough of muffins or cupcakes recipe. Each time i try different recipe and each time i keep on loving this. This is a fluffy and soft muffin recipe. I used my leftover cranberry sauce to make this even more delicious.

    Ingredients for Cranberry sauce muffins

    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
    • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
    • Baking Soda - ½ tsp
    • Salt - a pinch
    • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
    • Eggs - 1
    • Oil - ¼ cup / 60 ml
    • Milk - ½ cup / 120 ml
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    • Cranberry Sauce -½ cup (Recipe here)

    How to Make Cranberry Sauce Muffins

    1. Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and set aside.
    2. Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a bowl and whisk well.
    3. Now take eggs, oil, milk, vanilla in a bowl and mix well. 
    4. Add in the flour mix and fold gently.
    5. Now add in cranberry sauce and mix well.
    6. Spoon this into cupcake wrappers and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
    7. Remove and let it cool down for 10 mins.
    8. Now serve.

    take your ingredients..Preheat oven to 190 degree C.

     

    line a muffin tray with cupcake wrappers

     

    take flour in a bowl

     

    add salt and cinnamon

     

    add baking soda and baking powder

     

    mix well

     

    take sugar in a bowl

     

    add oil

     

    add egg

     

    vanilla

     

    add in milk

     

    whisk well

     

    add in flour mix

     

    fold gently

     

    add in cranberry sauce

     

    fold gently

     

    scoop it into muffin cases

     

    bake till done..bake for 20 to 25 mins
